School of Bank Marketing papers available on Website. (ABA Resources).


Three bank marketing papers written by students in the class of 2002 at the ABA School of Bank Marketing and Management are now available for viewing on the Marketing Network portion of the ABA website, aba.com.

The three papers, which were selected by faculty advisers for special recognition, are:

"Marketing Plan: Internet Banking," by Donald W. Martin, marketing director, Charlotte State Bank, Port Charlotte, Fla.

"Making a Difference with Community Councils," by Darcy Mykytshyn, senior manager, customer relations and strategic planning, Community Savings & Credit Union, Red Deer, Canada.

"Focus on Customer Relationships: Profitable Growth Through Share of Wallet," by Michele M. Devine, vice president and marketing information manager, First National Bank of Pennsylvania, Johnstown, Pa.
