Insignia/ESG has hired Alan Schmerzler as Managing Director of Operations for the firm's Retail Group. No stranger to Insignia/ESG, Mr. Schmerzler worked as a broker for the Edward S Edward

In his new capacity, Schmerzler will be working closely with David Green, C. Bradley Mendelson, Andrew Goldberg and the rest of the Retail Group, and will be responsible for spearheading a variety of marketing programs, implementing revised operating methodologies, and overseeing an aggressive business development agenda.
