Schering-Plough Animal Health Corporation, Union, N.J., forms an agreement to acquire from Pfizer Inc., New York, the U.S. distribution and marketing rights to Pfizer Animal Health's intramammary antibiotic infusion products Dariclox[R], Amoxi-Mast[R] and Orbenin-DC[R]. Dariclox (sodium cloxacillin cloxacillin /clox·a·cil·lin/ (klok?sah-sil´in) a semisynthetic penicillin; used as the sodium salt to treat staphylococcal infections due to penicillinase-positive organisms.) and Amoxi-Mast (amoxicillin amoxicillin /amox·i·cil·lin/ (ah-mok?si-sil´in) a semisynthetic derivative of ampicillin effective against a broad spectrum of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria.
