Schelling's ultimate cut-to-size solution: type F1.

Schelling America continually steps forward with exciting products. The Type F1 is no exception.

This machine boasts the same blue and white colors as the other Schelling saws, as well as Schelling's state-of-the-art technology and design. What makes it truly unique is that the FI offers a 3-inch book cutting height ability at an affordable price. All of this, backed by an outstanding reputation of Schelling and a dedicated parts and service center located in Raleigh, N.C., makes this machine all the more appealing.

With this Schelling panel saw, for the first time it is possible to integrate Schelling quality and sophisticated design on a saw with a maximum book height of 3-inches, at a very reasonable price.

The FI is equipped with the computer control CONDUCTOR. Automatic length and automatic saw blade projection are standard.

This screen control makes it very easy to operate the machine. The cutting data can easily be entered by hand.

Cutting patterns, generated by the Schelling optimizing program, can be transferred to the saw by a memory card or via online through a cable.

Advanced drives also result in super fast cycle times.

* Saw carriage speed is 3 to 196 feet/minute

* Feeder speed is 0 to 196 feet/minute

The saw carriage and feeder are running on machined and hardened guides. Schelling offers a lifetime guarantee on all guides for the FI. This assures the buyer perfect cutting quality and machine durability, two things you can always expect from Schelling.

Two cross aligners align the strips against the squaring fence (in front and behind the pressure beam).

The high dimensional accuracy on this machine is assured by use of the precise accuracy measuring system proven on hundreds of Schelling saws.

With the "zero rear waste device a board can be cut most efficiently because it is possible to program patterns with zero trim in the back. This can be achieved for parts as small as 1 3/4 inches wide or long.

Summarizing the above statements, the Schelling panel saw F1 is a super fast finish cut saw for book heights up to 3 inches, which due to its ease of operation and sophisticated design, will provide a safe and productive workplace for its operator.
