Before today's activity, there were already more than 3,500 call options outstanding at the February 35 contract. It is also used to maintain the correct time in NTP-based wall and desk clocks. , Inc. The ruling leaves the outcome of the intense battle over technology to lower courts. RIMM's battle with NTP is based primarily over technology that allows users to transmit e-mail wirelessly to RIMM's handheld Blackberry devices. This is the last in a series of legal setbacks for RIMM. The stock dipped on the news, going from positive territory to being down almost three percent.
