A harmful action; an injury. disservice Noun a harmful action Noun 1. to our membership and the negotiations process by suggesting the parties are close." In fact, the spokesperson noted that there are "many, many, significant issues to be resolved." Investors seem to hold the word of the Journal in higher regards than the word of the UAW. Today's news now has GM above its 20-day moving average and the shares are on the verge On the Verge (or The Geography of Yearning) is a play written by Eric Overmyer. It makes extensive use of esoteric language and pop culture references from the late nineteenth century to 1955. of breaking through their 50-day and 80-day moving averages.
