Scarsdale to have first retail project in more than 25 yrs. (Transcript).


The village of Scarsdale will soon see its first retail office development in more than 25 years. Plans have been submitted for approval for 4 Depot Place, located adjacent to the Scarsdale train station and overlooking o·ver·look

Kligerman has appointed Eric S. Goldschmidt, senior partner of Scarsdale-based Goldschmidt & Associates, as the project's exclusive agent.
