Scarano on a roll with multi-family building.


The foundation has been laid for 351 South 3rd Street, making it the 23rd multi-family building designed by Scarano Architects, PLLC PLLC Professional Limited Liability Company
PLLC Polk Life and Learning Center (Bartow, FL)
PLLC Partners of Limited Liability Corporation
 in the Williamsburg area within the past two years.

The four-story, contemporary-style elevator building is being constructed on a 25-foot x 126-foot lot. Special design considerations were required to maximize living spaces.

The result will be nine spacious, loft-style units, including three duplexes, two triplexes, two units with double-height ceilings and interior mezzanines, and two flats with access to a rear yard. In addition, all of the units feature balconies or roof terraces. Some of the outstanding interior amenities in the interiors will include stone bathrooms with wood vanities and glass shower enclosures, modern kitchens with stainless steel stainless steel: see steel.
