Women's health is the effect of gender on disease and health that encompasses a broad range of biological and psychosocial issues.

This expansion has the potential to triple the previously announced $1.5 million purchase order which management anticipate will be finalized when the educational program is completed in Nova Iguacu No·va I·gua·çu

CISBAF is the representative for all the municipalities to the Health Ministry of Brazil. CISBAF is the most important health organization in Baixada Fluminense. The Mayor of Nova Iguacu who also is the President of CISBAF will utilize approximately US$ 25 million from the Health Ministry of Brazil for a three-year Women's Health Project in Nova Iguacu.

It is of utmost importance to receive CISBAF participation due to their bargaining power and political representation with the Brazilian Federal Government, which could significantly impact the expansion of the Women's Health Project. Also, through CISBAF the Federal health program will support 100% of the resources needed for health projects.

As previously announced, BreastCare received its official classification number from the Brazilian Ministry de Saude (Health) establishing BreastCare as the only breast cancer device approved in the Nova Iguacu's Screening Program. The BreastCare educational program has commenced with the hiring and training of medical personnel for the Women's Health Program in the City of Nova Iguacu, the seventh (7th) largest municipality MUNICIPALITY. The body of officers, taken collectively, belonging to a city, who are appointed to manage its affairs and defend its interests.  in Brazil with a population of approximately 1 million. The Company will continue to hire additional medical personnel with the rapid expansion of the activities in Nova Iguacu.

Scantek is a medical device company engaged in developing, manufacturing, selling and licensing of products and devices to assist in the diagnosis and early detection of disease. At the present time, the Company is focused on manufacturing, selling, and licensing the BreastCare/BreastAlert Differential Temperature Sensor device.
