) announced today that Peter W. Stott has been named vice chairman of the board and a principal of SKB.

Stott brings more than 35 years of business experience to SKB. Stott was president and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  of Crown Pacific from 1988 - 2004. He also currently serves as the chairman emeritus of Market Transport Ltd., a company he founded in 1969, and he is on the Board of Directors of Liberty Northwest Insurance Company and CNF Inc.

Stott's involvement in real estate began in 1974 and includes serving as the principal investor in Gerding/Edlen's redevelopment of Portland's Brewery Blocks, as well as numerous other real estate investments.
