Scangraphics Inc. appoints former VP of IBM U.S. and president of General Instrument Division as chief operating officer and president of Sedona GeoServices Inc.

Prior to joining General Instrument Corp., Osterwise spent 25 years with IBM (International Business Machines Corporation, Armonk, NY, www.ibm.com) The world's largest computer company. IBM's product lines include the S/390 mainframes (zSeries), AS/400 midrange business systems (iSeries), RS/6000 workstations and servers (pSeries), Intel-based servers (xSeries)  Corp., where he held positions as president of Production Industries, U.S. vice president and corporate director of Market Driven Quality and IBM Rochester IBM Rochester is the facility of International Business Machines in Rochester, Minnesota.
