Scangraphics Inc. Elects Laurence L. Osterwise CEO, President and Director.

He was also elected to the board of directors. As announced last October, Larry Osterwise was to succeed as CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. , thereby replacing Andrew E. Trolio, after an appropriate transition period. Trolio will remain with the company as chairman of the board.
