Scangraphics Inc. Elects Laurence L. Osterwise CEO, President and Director.

"I believe that the leadership skills that Larry developed during his 25 years at IBM have prepared him well for the challenges ahead as Scangraphics strives to become a major force in the Geographic Information Systems market."
Trolio added that "Larry Osterwise is a seasoned professional with a long list of career accomplishments which include leading IBM's Rochester Minnesota operations during the development of the AS/400 system, one of the most widely accepted business computing systems in the world today. Under his leadership, IBM Rochester was awarded the Malcomb Baldrige National Quality Award."
Osterwise stated, "I have now been with Scangraphics for almost six months, and my enthusiasm and confidence in the future of this company continues to grow by the day. This is a very exciting time in the life of Scangraphics.
