Scandinavian Colour Institute Develops NCS Colour Meter.


The Natural Color System The Natural Color System® (NCS) is a proprietary perceptual color model published by the Scandinavian Colour Institute (Skandinaviska Färginstitutet AB) of Stockholm, Sweden.  (NCS (Network Call Signaling) CableLabs version of MGCP. See MGCP/MEGACO.

NCS - Network Computing System: Apollo's RPC system used by DEC and Hewlett-Packard.The protocol has been adopted by OSF.
) Colour Meter developed by the Scandinavian Colour Institute is a hand-held, easy-to-use color measuring instrument. It is light weight, battery operated and does not require any technical knowledge of color not of the white race; - commonly meaning, esp. in the United States, of negro blood, pure or mixed.
