AMONG the cases dealt with at Teesside Magistrates' Court on July 2 were: Mustafa Dag, 31, of Castlewood, Thorntree, Middlesbrough, banned from driving for six months and fined pounds 60 with pounds 200 costs for driving without due care and attention.

Dustin Edward Chapman, 33, of West Lane, Middlesbrough, banned from driving for six months and fined pounds 100 with pounds 25 costs for using a vehicle without insurance.

David Ashley Manning, 19, of Colton Gardens, Ingleby Barwick, banned from driving for 12 months and fined pounds 450 with pounds 49 costs for using a vehicle without insurance, driving without an appropriate licence and riding a motorcycle without protective headgear.

Neil Charles Putson, 29, of Vancouver Gardens, Middlesbrough, banned from driving for six months and fined pounds 350 with pounds 25 costs for using a vehicle without insurance and stopping in a pelican controlled a rea.
