Say no to drug testing. (letters).


Random drug testing is wrong ("Expanded Drug Tests in Schools?" 5/6/02). It is wrong to go into a high school, pick out a student and conduct a drug test on them. It is not only an invasion of privacy invasion of privacy n. the intrusion into the personal life of another, without just cause, which can give the person whose privacy has been invaded a right to bring a lawsuit for damages against the person or entity that intruded. , but also an illegal search and seizure search and seizure

In law enforcement, an exploratory investigation of a premises or a person and the taking into custody of property or an individual in the interest of gaining evidence of unlawful activity or guilt.
. Unfortunately, all we can do about this practice is argue about it. My question is, why is Lindsay Lindsay, town (1991 pop. 16,696), SE Ont., Canada, on the Scugog River, NE of Toronto. It is an industrial town, with woolen, flour, and lumber mills, in an agricultural and scenic lake district.  Earls the only one doing the right thing and speaking out on everyone's behalf?
