 is sponsoring the Spanish-language RES201 program in association with the REALTOR Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches.

According to Paul L. White, president of IREM Chapter No. 19, presenting RES201 entirely in Spanish responds to the expressed need and interest of many employers of Spanish-speaking real estate managers.

Those who register for RES201 will learn the skills needed to professionally manage all types of residential properties, with the goal of increasing retention and net operating income Operating Income
