In an effort to save money and trees, NRPA is emerging into the online age by emailing members with important notices about matters such as elections, meetings and time-sensitive industry news.

Do we have your e-mail address? Go to www.nrpa.org and update your membership information so that we can keep you up to date.

For example, recently Armed Forces Recreation Society members were e-mailed with a "Call for (Officer) Nominations" form, which must be submitted to Paul Keenan, chairman of the Election Committee, no later than June 1. If you're an AFRS member and didn't receive this communication, it's likely either that we don't have an e-mail address for you or the e-mail address we have is incorrect. "We want every AFRS member to participate in this election process. But, unless we have a good e-mail address for you, that will not be possible," says AFRS President Kim Combs. There's no doubt that we live in the information age, but the quality of that information still depends on humans!
