ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 3, 2002

Save On Energy, Inc. (OTC:SOEI) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of an Alternate Fuel Technology Center located in Endicott, New York Endicott is a village in Broome County, New York, United States. The population was 13,038 at the 2000 census. The village is named after Henry B. Endicott, a founding member of the Endicott Johnson Corporation shoe manufacturing company, who founded the community as the "'Home of .

The Technology Center has been involved in the development of alternative fueled vehicles and compressed natural gas Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) is a substitute for gasoline (petrol) or diesel fuel. It is considered to be an environmentally "clean" alternative to those fuels. It is made by compressing natural gas (which is mainly composed by methane (CH4  refueling infrastructure for the past 10 years. The New York based Technology Center has been responsible for the development of natural gas vehicle programs for utility companies and other customers throughout New York, Connecticut and Georgia. Past customers include projects with United Parcel Service United Parcel Service, Inc.
