Without a real live person on hand to answer specific travel questions, the Internet can be a dead end. The International Gay & Lesbian World Travel Expo, with more than 100 exhibitors, is a refreshing alternative. Representatives from gay-friendly hotels, resorts, tourist boards, airlines, cruises, and rental car companies are available in person for the answers to your wonderlust. The expo is open to the public and is scheduled for the following cities:

Miami Beach Miami Beach, city (1990 pop. 92,639), Dade co., SE Fla., on an island between Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean; inc. 1915. It is connected to Miami by four causeways. , Fla. February 26 at the Eden Roc Renaissance Hotel (4 P.M.-8 P.M.)
