), a manufacturer of electronic power control systems, today announced that SatCon and Cummins South have entered into a Supplier Distributor agreement to promote the sale of SatCon's Rotary UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply See UPS.

SatCon's Rotary UPS performs the functions of both back up power and power quality conditioning.
