Saskatchewan is on the right track, provided investment gets taken up a notch. (Letters to the Editor).Great issue last March/April. From the perspective of wealth creation in this province and for the purpose of generating optimism that the 'sleeping giant' may actually be awakened a·wak·en tr. & intr.v. a·wak·ened, a·wak·en·ing, a·wak·ens To awake; waken.
