Sartomer names V.P. of technology.Jim Horgan was promoted to vice president of technolgy for Sartomer. As vice president of technology, Horgan will be responsible for Sartomer's Technology Group, including product and process development, applications and technical service groups. Horgan joined the company in 1986 as manager of Sartomer's West Chester West Chester, borough (1990 pop. 18,041), seat of Chester co., SE Pa., W of Philadelphia; inc. 1799.
