Sara Lee Corporation (NYSE: SLE) is a global consumer-goods company based in Downers Grove, Illinois, USA.
 Hosiery consolidates at Rudin's 1675 Broadway

Sara Lee Hosiery, the largest hosiery company in the world, will consolidate its New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 department/specialty store divisions at 1675 Broadway. The company has signed a 15-year lease for 16,000 square feet of space, bringing the building to 95 percent occupancy. Jack and Lewis Rudin, owners and builders of the office tower on West 52nd Street made the announcement.

The Sara Lee divisions represented at 1675 Broadway will include Hanes Hosiery, Donna Karan and DKNY DKNY Donna Karan New York  Hosiery, Liz Claiborne Hosiery, Sara Lee Socks and Spring City, makers of fine foundations and intimate apparel. Sara Lee Hosiery is based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina Winston-Salem is a city in the U.S. state of North Carolina. As of the 2000 census, the city population was 185,776; in 2004 the city annexed an additional 17,483 raising the population to 203,259. , and is a division of Chicago-based Sara Lee Corporation.

"When we decided to consolidate our New York divisions, we needed a space that could flexibly accommodate our diverse needs," said John Piazza, chairman, Sara Lee Hosiery. "After an exhaustive search we selected 1675 Broadway because it is new, modern and very well-managed."

Stuart Lilien and Timothy Surlis of The Lansco Corporation represented Sara Lee in the transaction.

Other tenants at 1675 Broadway include the advertising agency D'Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles, Inc.; Unistar Radio Network, the second largest radio network in the country; the law firm of Lord Day & Lord, Barrett Smith; Entertainment Weekly, a member of the Time-Warner Magazines Group; Lepercq, de Neuflize, a financial services firm; BASF BASF Bar Association of San Francisco (since 1872; San Francisco, California)
BASF Badische Anilin und Soda Fabrik (German chemical products company)
BASF Builders Association of South Florida
 Corporation, and NatWest USA, which has opened a branch in the retail space.
