The company has signed a 15-year lease for 16,000 square feet of space, bringing the building to 95 percent occupancy. Jack and Lewis Rudin, owners and builders of the office tower on West 52nd Street made the announcement. The Sara Lee divisions represented at 1675 Broadway will include Hanes Hosiery, Donna Karan and DKNY DKNY Donna Karan New York Hosiery, Liz Claiborne Hosiery, Sara Lee Socks and Spring City, makers of fine foundations and intimate apparel. "After an exhaustive search we selected 1675 Broadway because it is new, modern and very well-managed."
