Sapir taps C&W to manage four Manhattan properties.


Alex Sapir, president of The Sapir Organization, announced that Cushman & Wakefield has been selected as managing agent for four of the company's properties including 260 Madison Avenue Madison Avenue, celebrated street of Manhattan, borough of New York City. It runs from Madison Square (23d St.) to the Madison Bridge over the Harlem River (138th St.). In the 1940s and 50s, some of the major U.S. , 261 Madison Avenue, 100 Church Street and 384 Fifth Avenue.

"The company has an outstanding portfolio of commercial properties in Manhattan and we look forward to continuing our successful relationship with them."
