Sapir adds another 3M s/f to Cushman & Wakefield books.


Alex Sapir, president of The Sapir Organization, announced that Cushman & Wakefield will become the exclusive leasing agents for three additional properties in the company's portfolio including 11 Madison Avenue Madison Avenue, celebrated street of Manhattan, borough of New York City. It runs from Madison Square (23d St.) to the Madison Bridge over the Harlem River (138th St.). In the 1940s and 50s, some of the major U.S. , 260 Madison Avenue and 261 Madison Avenue.

The three properties consist of approximately three million square feet.

 and David Rosenbloom will lead the Cushman & Wakefield agency assignment for all three properties, along with Robert Gallucci Robert L. Gallucci (born February 11, 1946) is Dean of the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University in the United States. Before his appointment in 1996 he was employed for 21 years by various governmental and international agencies, including the  and Michael Pine.

11 Madison Avenue, a premier New York City landmark, has a full floor of approximately 95,000 s/f of space that will be coming available within the property, and the combined 260 and 261 Madison Avenue properties will have approximately 250,000 s/f of available space to lease. 260, 261 Madison Avenue will be going through a building modernization modernization
