Sapir adds another 3M s/f to Cushman & Wakefield books.Alex Sapir, president of The Sapir Organization, announced that Cushman & Wakefield will become the exclusive leasing agents for three additional properties in the company's portfolio including 11 Madison Avenue Madison Avenue, celebrated street of Manhattan, borough of New York City.
