Santa Fe Springs leases.


Two lease deals for industrial and warehouse space have been completed in Santa Fe Springs Santa Fe Springs, city (1990 pop. 15,520), Los Angeles co., SW Calif., inc. 1957. The city lies in an oil and natural gas region and has diversified manufacturing. .

Travel company Kintetsu International Express Inc. has sub-leased 171,805 square feet of industrial and warehouse space at 13335 Orden Drive from A&E Plastics. The 22-month lease is valued at $2.8 million, said Mike Foley Mike Foley (b. 1954) is Nebraska state auditor from Lincoln, Nebraska and formerly in the Nebraska Legislature. Foley said that the value of the deal indicates, "It's not a great time to be a tenant, it's a great time to be a landlord. It's a very strong market."

In the other lease deal, outdoor furniture manufacturer Janus Et Cie has leased 142,072 square feet of industrial and warehouse space at 12310 Greenstone green·stone
