Sanguine Corp. Contracts with Management Specialist for Contract and Administrative Support.

Sanguine Corp. (OTCBB:SGNC) Tuesday announced that it has recently contracted for contract and administrative services support from retired Navy Commander, Gary Dobbs.

He will assist with documentation related to laboratory contract preparation, evaluation, and negotiations. Dobbs serves as the first of several key individuals being retained by the company.

Dobbs is a well-known and highly respected leader in both private sector and government technology-oriented organizations.

He has more than 30 years of noteworthy accomplishments in industry and government organizations; his specialty in creating and leading organizations shows particular skills in: strategic planning, assessing and guiding policy development, channeling technology into practical projects, problem solving, communications, information technology, and marketing.

He is the former chief operating officer of Cybergeddon International and currently president of AITM Associates Inc.

Dobbs is an expert in the preparation of government contract documents normally used to provide government funding from such agencies as the National Science Foundation (NSF) and National Institutes of Health (NIH).

The National Science Foundation (NSF), is an independent agency of the Federal Government, which invites (by solicitation) eligible small business concerns to participate in the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) Programs.

Their work will support high quality projects on important scientific, engineering, or science/engineering education problems, and other innovative opportunities that could lead to significant commercial and public benefit.

Dobbs will be preparing documentation to further Sanguine's product application concepts as recommended by Sanguine's medical advisory board and scientific advisory board.

Dobbs completed 21 years of naval service in 1985, during which he served as Deputy Director, Office of Technology, at a major U.S. Navy R&D laboratory and as coordinator for over $60 million in advanced research and development programs. He was a special project manager in the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations.
