It requires a DSL modem, which splits transmissions into two frequency bands: the lower frequencies for voice (ordinary customers, located in Indonesia, Japan, Russia and the United Kingdom, together representing approximately one million broadband subscribers. These customers are deploying Sandvine's Policy Traffic Switch (PTS) platform along with various applications from Sandvine's network integrity and traffic optimization suite of solutions.
