According to customer metrics released by Sandvine Ltd, a network equipment provider, its Attack Traffic Mitigation solution is reducing the amount of malicious traffic on broadband ISP (1) See in-system programmable.

(2) (Internet Service Provider) An organization that provides access to the Internet. Connection to the user is provided via dial-up, ISDN, cable, DSL and T1/T3 lines.
 networks.

Sandvine's network-based approach identifies and isolates all forms of suspect traffic, including spam trojans, and provides tools to cleanse the network, claims the company.
