Sandvik to Acquire Metso Powdermet AB.


STOCKHOLM, Sweden -- Sandvik has reached an agreement with the Finnish Metso Oy Group covering the acquisition of Metso Powdermet AB. The acquisition is expected to be completed prior to the end of 2006.
