That means that 92 percent of all mail sent to and from the San Francisco Metro Area to destinations in California arrived overnight during the third quarter. San Francisco, along with the Los Angeles Metro Area, achieved the best EXFC scores of any large metro area in the nation. This marks the third quarter in a row that the San Francisco Metro Area has achieved a rating better than 90 percent.
