Samsung to Supply Parts to Dell.


Samsung Electronics (Shanghai, China), a supplier of memory chips, TFT-LCD TFT-LCD Thin Film Transistor - Liquid Crystal Display  panels and monitors, and Dell (Austin, TX) have entered into a strategic technology, research and development agreement worth $16 billion. For the next four years, Samsung will supply Dell with Rambus DRAM, TFT-LCD, DVD-ROM DVD-ROM: see digital versatile disc.
