Samsung Electronics, a world leader in the electronics industry, purchased the Quartet systems to test a broad range of electronic devices. The systems are scheduled for installation in Samsung Electronics' facilities in Onyang and Kiheung, Korea. This order represents the first business between the two companies.

The Quartet systems will be utilized by Samsung Electronics to test high-volume consumer mixed-signal devices for the audio, video and display markets. Specifically, the systems are being installed for final testing at the Onyang facility and for wafer sorting at the Kiheung fab.
