Salvation Army Teams With Electronic Recyclers to Provide Consumers More Free Locations to Unload Unwanted E-Waste.

The Salvation Army has established branches in 100 countries throughout the world.
 Adult Rehabilitation rehabilitation: see physical therapy.  Center in Fresno, in an innovative move, has announced its teaming with Fresno-based Electronic Recyclers to expand upon a program where consumers can drop off unwanted computer monitors and televisions for free at many of The Salvation Army's locations.

The Fresno Adult Rehabilitation Center of The Salvation Army recently received authorization by the State of California to collect computer monitors, laptops, and televisions and Electronic Recyclers is authorized au·thor·ize

"The concept of finding value in used materials carries particular meaning for us at The Salvation Army," said Captain Anthony Markiewicz of the Salvation Army Fresno ARC. "Electronic waste is a growing problem that affects the environment we live in. We took the partnership concept very seriously and investigated a lot of places that recycle electronic waste. Electronic Recyclers in Fresno is the one place where we could see that they really do things right."
