Notes: The expiration date for all listed stock options in the U.S. of its Exchange Offer (the "Exchange Offer") commenced July 19, 2001 with respect to the exchange of its outstanding 12 1/4% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2008 ("Private Notes") for 12 1/4% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2008 which have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933. The Exchange Offer will expire at 5:00 P.M., Eastern Time, on September 19, 2001 (the "New Expiration Date"), unless the Company at its sole discretion further extends the Exchange Offer.
