) announced today that it has extended the expiration date Expiration Date

The day on which an options or futures contract is no longer valid and, therefore, ceases to exist.

Notes:
The expiration date for all listed stock options in the U.S.
 of its Exchange Offer (the "Exchange Offer") commenced July 19, 2001 with respect to the exchange of its outstanding 12 1/4% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2008 ("Private Notes") for 12 1/4% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2008 which have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933.

The Exchange Offer will expire at 5:00 P.M., Eastern Time, on September 19, 2001 (the "New Expiration Date"), unless the Company at its sole discretion further extends the Exchange Offer. Tenders may be withdrawn at any time prior to 5:00 P.M., Eastern Time on the business day prior to the New Expiration Date. Other than the New Expiration Date, all other terms of the Exchange Offer remain unchanged. Private Notes not tendered and exchanged pursuant to the Exchange Offer by the New Expiration Date will remain outstanding.
