1633 Littleton Associates L.P. announced the sale of 1633 Littleton Road, a 57,722 SF office building in Parsippany, N.Y., to Mack-Cali Realty Corporation for $11.35 million.

On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  announced the sale of 85 Challenger Road, a 213,136 SF office building in Ridgefield Park Ridgefield Park, village (1990 pop. 12,454), Bergen co., NE N.J., on the Hackensack River; inc. 1892. Chiefly residential, it manufactures some paper goods. , N.J., to the Old Colony Company for $26.625 million. Jeffrey Dunne, Chris McManus, Kevin Welsh, John Oh, and Rolf Kemen, of CB Richard Ellis, represented both parties in the transaction.

* The sale of 306 Rogers Ave., a three-story, 3,000 SF mixed-use building in Brooklyn, N.Y., for $300,000. Thomas Donovan, executive managing director of Massey Knakal, represented the seller in the transaction;

* The sale of 242 W. 20th St., a three-story, mixed-use building in New York City, for $1.36 million. James Nelson, director of sales with Massey Knakal, represented the seller in the transaction.

* Rockwood Realty Associates LLC announced the sale of Soundview Plaza, a 179,260 SF office building in Stamford, Conn., to Mack-Cali Realty Corporation for $33 million. Rockwood Realty represented the seller in the transaction.
