Pascale Commercial Properties announced the sale of Post Office Plaza, an 85,000 SF office building at 50 Division St. in Somerville, N.J., to J.G. Petrucci Co., Inc. Gerald C. Pascale, of Pascale Commercial, represented the seller, Somerville Urban Renewal Associates, in the transaction.
Eastern Consolidated Properties, Inc. announced, the sale of 24 E. 21st St., a 45,000 SF office building in New York City, for $8.75 million. Brian Ezratty, vice chairman of Eastern Consolidated, and Scott Ellard, director of financial services, represented the seller, Centaur Properties, in the transaction. Marcia Rose Yawitz represented the buyer.
Cohen & Company Inc. Real Estate announced the sale of a four-building portfolio in New York City to Prime Holdings, LLC. The properties include 312 E. 93rd St., a six-story walk-up building, 349 E. 51st St., a five-story walk-up building, 237 W. 18th St., a fivestory walk-up building, and 450 W. 50111 St., a five-story walk-up building. Helen Putterman, president of Cohen & Company, and Richard Kaiser, senior executive director, represented the buyer in the transaction. Wise Acre Real Estate represented the seller, East-West 4 LLC.
Lee Odell Real Estate, Inc. announced the sale of 536 West 50th St., a 2-story fireproof drive in commercial building consisting of 9,250-SF. The property sold for $2.55 million. The seller was represented by the selling team of Kathy M. Birenbach-Bass and Bill Bass and the buyer was represented by another agent at Lee Odell Real Estate, Inc.
