Sales picking up speed at CPW.

As one of the most anticipated luxury residential developments in Manhattan's Upper West Side is nearing completion of construction, sales at 455 Central Park West are picking up speed.

The developer, MCL MCL - Macintosh Common LISP  Companies, announced that more than 67% of the homes have already been sold in both the tower and landmark A structure that has significant historical, architectural, or cultural meaning and that has been given legal protection from alteration and destruction.

Although landmark preservation laws vary by city and state, they have the same basic purpose: to keep landmarks as close
portion of the multi-million dollar development. The Marketing Directors are the marketing and exclusive sales agents for the property.
