Boulevard East, a newly constructed condominium located at 53 Boerum Place, is going on the market. This building is the first property to rise in Brooklyn's Redevelopment Zone. The developer, Brooklyn Bridge Blvd. LLC, an SDS/Procida venture, and The Corcoran Group's Brooklyn development division, the exclusive marketing and sales agent, will kick off the opening of the on-site sales office with a gala on August 18.

The 11-story condominium will be ready for occupancy in September.
