Norden Park, located at 10 Norden Place, Norwalk, CT, is a 612, 119 SF business park and development site situated on two lots totaling approximately 78 acres. The sale included the building and 37.21 acres.

The property's invaluable location provides it with 3,500 feet of visibility from Interstate 95, just north of Exit 16. After undergoing $10.5 million in extensive renovations completed in 2002 to modernize the building Norden Park garnered the 2003 "Adaptive Re-Use Project of the Year" award by New York Construction Magazine.

"It is an honor for our team to be recognized by such a respected industry organization as NAIOP," said Dunne.

"The Norden Park sale was a very satisfying execution to me personally. The complexity of the site, excess land, cross easements EASEMENTS, estates. An easement is defined to be a liberty privilege or advantage, which one man may have in the lands of another, without profit; it may arise by deed or prescription. Last year, the firm was recognized by NAIOP by being awarded the "Leasing Deal of the Year" in both Fairfield and Westchester Counties for its role in Vertrue Inc's lease at 20 Glover Avenue, Norwalk, CT and Triarc Companies' commitment at 800 Westchester Avenue, Rye Brook, NY. In addition, the sale of 55 Railroad Avenue, Greenwich, CT, a transaction arranged by Jeff Dunne and Steve Bardsley of the New York TriState Investment Team, was one of three deals that earned the "Acquisition of the Year" award for Westchester and Fairfield Counties.
