Sale of the Sheraton Acapulco Resort.


FOSTER CITY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 14, 1996-- The Sheraton Acapulco Resort is being marketed for sale by Koll-Dove de Mexico S.A. de C.V., the newly formed Mexican affiliate of Koll-Dove Global Disposition Services LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.

 Terry Strongin, president of Koll-Dove de Mexico S.A. de C.V., the Resort has 220 rooms contained in 13 individual buildings and is situated on a hillside overlooking the Acapulco bay. The Resort, with a secluded beach, built in 1991, is permitted for timesharing and the development of an additional 90 rooms.
