The Gibbs Forest, which has just been placed on the market, is already drawing attention from developers and brokers who see its development potential. Importantly, one of the large Gibbs Forest tracts has frontage on Highway 30, the key Walker County highway linking Huntsville and Bryan-College Station. The offering also includes 840 acres in Polk County and 606 acres in Trinity County. The land, currently owned by RII RII Routing Information Indicator
