HIMSS BOOTH No. 3946 -- Per-Se Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of software and technology services for the healthcare industry, today announced that Saint Francis Health System, an integrated delivery network (IDN) based in Tulsa, Okla., and one of the largest medical centers in Oklahoma, will be the first to implement its E-Commerce capabilities in conjunction with Physmark's MEDICOMP managed care software.

- Offer providers an online means for submitting and inquiring

about referrals.
