OpenTV's Largest Set-Top Box Manufacturer Partner Selects

OpenTV EN2(TM) for Its Latest Digital STB Product Range,

Including Broadband Interactive TV

OpenTV (Nasdaq:OPTV)(Euronext Amsterdam:OPTV), the world's leading interactive television company, announces that Sagem (Paris:SAGM.PA) will use OpenTV EN2 technology in its new range of advanced interactive TV set-top boxes for satellite, terrestrial and broadband cable networks.

OpenTV's core broadband interactive TV platform, EN2, has already been selected by broadband TV network operators across Europe, America and Asia. Previous announcements include Primacom in Germany, E-Vision in the United Arab Emirates, Matav and Golden Channels in Israel, USA Media in the US and NTC and Shanghai Cable in China.
