Sage negotiates 10 year extension.


SageGroupAssociates announced that YAI/National Institute for People with Disabilities has extended its lease for 10 years, covering 35,500 s/f at 320 West 13th Street.

YAI YAI Young Audiences Inc (New York, NY)  occupies a portion of the first floor, the entire second floor and a portion of the third floor.

SageGroupAssociates is the leasing agent for the owner, the William William, crown prince of Germany
William or Frederick William, 1882–1951, crown prince of Germany, son of William II. In World War I he commanded (1914) an army on the Western Front and was nominal commander in the German attack
 Kaufman Organization.
