As Managing Director at TCG Advisors, Todd advises leading tech and tech-enabled companies on their strategic growth, transformation, and organizational issues. He also advises boards, management, and financial sponsors on the execution of carve-outs, roll-ups, acquisitions, and divestitures that support their business strategies.
