Sabre Holdings and United Airlines Sign New Five-Year, Full Content Agreements.

SOUTHLAKE, Texas & CHICAGO -- Sabre Holdings (NYSE:TSG) and United Airlines (Nasdaq:UAUA) today announced that United has signed new five-year, full content agreements with Sabre Travel Network and Travelocity.

Through the agreement with Sabre Travel Network, all United published fares and inventory will be available for subscribers of the Sabre global distribution system (GDS), including online and offline travel agencies. This includes published fares that the airline sells through any third-party Web site and through its own Web site and reservation offices.

Concurrent with that agreement, United also signed a new five-year, full-content agreement with Travelocity, including a long-term contract with Site59, the pioneer of dynamic packaging for last minute online travel.
