Sa'ar: Public Schools First Priority for Education Spending.


Education Minister Gidon Sa'ar Sa'ar (Hebrew: סער) is an Israeli kibbutz in the western Galilee founded in 1948 by members of the Socialist-Zionist youth movement Hashomer Hatzair from Israel, other Israeli citizens and Holocaust survivors.  says Israel Israel, in the Bible

 must put public schools first even at the expense of hareidi-religious and Arab schools.
