:IBM), that will enable SystemSoft to integrate Lotus Service Group's extensive service and support knowledge base regarding the use of Lotus products into SystemSoft's SystemWizard expert-system service and support products. Under this agreement, SystemWizard will incorporate Lotus' database of knowledge of how its products are best supported, thereby helping users to diagnose and resolve numerous common technical support issues associated with Lotus Notes Messaging and groupware software from IBM Lotus that was introduced in 1989 for OS/2 and later expanded to Windows, Mac, Unix, NetWare, AS/400 and S/390. Notes provides e-mail, document sharing, workflow, group discussions and calendaring and scheduling.
