 SYSTEMATICS TO MANAGE DECATUR FEDERAL'S DATA PROCESSING
 DECATUR, Ga., Dec. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Systematics Financial Services, Inc. and Decatur Federal today announced a five-year Facilities Management agreement whereby Systematics will manage and operate all of Decatur Federal's data processing systems.
 Decatur Federal, with assets of $2.6 billion, has 32 branch offices serving metropolitan Atlanta and north Georgia.
 Facilities Management through Systematics gives Decatur Federal the opportunity to further integrate state-of-the-art technology to meet the needs of its customers and, at the same time, reduce operating expenses. Decatur Federal will use Systematics' expertise in performing software conversions and will use Systematics' IBM-based technology to support its data processing growth plans.
 According to Decatur Federal Chairman and CEO Robert C. McMahan: "We looked at several providers of these services. However, Systematics provided the most comprehensive solution to fit our needs.
